What is Tension & Trauma releasing exercises (TRE®)
TRE is a series of innovative exercises used to activate the natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating in the body. These exercises were created by Dr. David Berceli, PHD and what he achieved with these exercises was the release of deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. This subsequently calms down the body's nervous system. When the shaking or vibrating is done in a controlled and safe environment, the body naturally returns to a state of balance.
Sessions can be very beneficial if you are in therapy with the psychotherapist or psychoanalyst, ask your therapist of the opinion.
